MWC’s current strategic goals are:
- Provide Access to Justice by providing direct legal information, advice, and representation to migrant workers in BC;
- Foster Community by supporting migrant workers’ capacity to lead, organize, and self-advocate;
- Change Systems by advocating for regulatory and legal change and pursuing strategic litigation; and
- Build Organizational Capacity as an employer and through diversifying funding.
