Migrant Workers Centre (MWC) is a non-profit organization providing FREE legal services to migrant workers in British Columbia. We never charge for our services.

ABOUT US

We work to promote and advance access to justice for migrant workers by providing legal services, advocacy, research, public education and engaging in law and policy reform initiatives.

We also speak Spanish and Tagalog, and offer free interpretation in other languages, as requested.

SANCTUARY POLICY

MWC has a Sanctuary Policy and will never share information related to immigration status with CBSA, IRCC, or police.

POLICY AND LAW REFORM
